Due to what virtuality is (i.e. the frontier between real and imaginary governed by an agreed axiology) network virtualization is a process whereby groups of users are delivered what they will accept as virtual networks by their own definition.
Virtuality does not exist as such, but as the result of a common agreement to consider something which is not real as if it was real.
