Somehow I'm between both views :-) I think that the RG should mainly focus on virtualization of networks, but we should also include further aspects as mentioned in b). IMHO we shouldn't concentrate on OS virtualization (as also Joe pointed out, there is overlap with other groups in the Cloud/Grid computing area), but aspects of network virtualization inside hosts are definitely interesting, e.g., attachment to a multitude of different VNets or storage in case of content centric networking. So, currently I have to abstain since neither a) nor b) are a perfect fit for me. Regards, Roland
